Summary

Driving change and strategic growth through research, innovation, and leadership.

I truly enjoy solving problems.   Rather than just putting out fires today, I believe it is important to also create scalable "fireproof” systems and procedures to prevent the same thing from happening in the future. At the same time, I understand it is important for an organization to remain agile. Efficient systems that clash with firm strategic positioning or prevent the ability to pivot are themselves inefficient. I use the following tools to achieve strategic success:

  • Strategize – Helping to shape and clearly define the overall strategy
  • Systematize – Designing processes, systems, and procedures that allow the company to scale or grow strategically
  • Analyze – Building models to evaluate the economic and strategic costs and benefits of various programs, projects, etc including acquisition, engagement, retention programs, and experiments
  • Lead – Managing teams that work to strengthen product or service and streamline processes
