I truly enjoy solving problems.   Rather than just putting out fires today, I believe it is important to also create scalable "fireproof” systems and procedures to prevent the same thing from happening in the future. At the same time, I understand it is important for an organization to remain agile. Efficient systems that clash with firm strategic positioning or prevent the ability to pivot are themselves inefficient. I use the following tools to achieve strategic success:

  • Systematize – Designing processes, systems, and procedures that allow the company to scale or grow strategically
